Burroway Wind Farm

Burroway Wind Farm & Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) is proposed as a wind farm of up to 400 MW and 100 MW BESS with 4 hours of storage, located approximately 25km north-west of Dubbo in regional NSW. The project will connect directly to the existing 132 kV high voltage transmission line that dissects the project site to enable power to be exported into the National Electricity Market.

If approved and constructed, the land will remain under agricultural management with sheep and cattle able to graze around the wind turbines.

The project is being developed as part of ACE Power’s commitment to help Australia transition to a clean energy future.
