Hillview Energy Hub

The Hillview Energy Hub is a proposed renewable energy project located on private land east of Uralla in the New England Renewable Energy Zone of New South Wales.

The proposed Hillview Energy Hub will consist of three co-located renewable energy projects and will be developed in stages, first with the Hub’s 1000 MW Eastern Hub Firming Battery, followed by the Hillview Solar Farm and the Hillview Wind Farm. The projects will connect into the proposed Eastern Hub Substation, part of the New England Renewable Energy Zone transmission infrastructure, to be constructed by EnergyCo on behalf of the NSW Government.

The proposed project is committed to ensuring that the land will remain under agricultural management with sheep and cattle able to graze around the wind turbines.

The project is being developed as part of ACE Power’s commitment to help Australia transition to a clean energy future.
